A minimum of 3 years experience is needed for all positions, with all roles requiring considerable participation and knowledge of the various hospitality tasks in a restaurant, including point of sale, table service, knowledge of food and beverages, including wine/spirits.
We are looking for exceptional Bakers and Pastry Chefs to join our team who are passionate perfectionists.
Our ideal candidates will be accomplished in Viennese Pastry, with specific talents in Croissant, Danish and Doughnut techniques. Advanced skilled in the making of pastries, desserts, breads and other baked goods is also highly desirable.
Must be able to assist the head baker in some bread making and work alone with a particular eye for detail.
