Luke Turner head chef at Sanctum, established himself as one to watch from a young age having spent most of his early career in restaurants around the world, gathering culinary inspiration throughout his travels, fusing together a globally inspired repertoire that is evident across all of his dishes at Sanctum.
With plenty of previous projects under his belt including, winning Best Breakfast on the Gold Coast for three consecutive years, he has also encouraged the next generation of passionate chefs during his time spent teaching overseas.
Being born and bred on the Gold Coast himself, Luke wanted to create a dining experience at Sanctum that takes pride in offering extremely beautiful, fresh produce driven dining - with added neighbourhood charm.
The menu presents an assortment of affordable gourmet breakfast options, a flavour-packed lunch and dinner menu with a beverage selection that proudly offers the finest in artisan coffee from award winning Bellisimo coffee roasters in Brisbane.
The Fish and Chippery takeaway window is also a playful addition to the restaurant with a high standard of freshly caught, fish-of-the-day options and not a frozen fillet in sight.
